Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you'll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you. You should also factor in any import duties, VATs, or other taxes when picking up your package.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping is shipped out either the next business day if ordered before our daily order processing, otherwise the following day. Delivery is usually by Postal Mail (sometimes by UPS for heavy items), and takes 2-5 business days. The vast majority of orders will be within two to three business days.
RETURNES
What is your returns policy?
Items shipped from YGadgets, including Warehouse Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Device. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer.
